This special week, July 21 to July 28 2012, expand enlightenment in the company of your best friend, your mom or daughter and new friends Tuscany Italy .
Your week will include daily yoga class with Veva, lots of yummy food, a cooking class in medieval town, and time to do some of your own exploring in this amazingly beautiful and historical area of Italy :
~ 7 nights at the lovely Villa Tavolese perched upon one of the highest points between Florence and Siena, where the magnificent views seem to stretch out forever. All rooms have private bathrooms and air conditioning.
Grand terraces, spacious grounds, a large outdoor swimming pool overlooking the vast valley, and just a short walk to a charming town all make this an ideal setting for our retreat.
~Yoga classes daily focusing on the chakras and the breath to grow your practice and further unite your mind, body and spirit under the warm Tuscan sun.
