Hi Gna, Just wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed Il Borgo. Alessandro is a wonderful host and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Danielle – he was fantastic!!! Our room/unit worked out very well and we had a great view across the valley with spectacular sunsets. We saw so many fascinating towns and the dinners were always fun to see where we would be that night. Thank you again for all your assistance, we do appreciate it. –Janet C. Buon Giorno, Gina, Mike and I have spent our first night at Il Borgo Villa di Bossi Pucci, and we have been swept off our feet in the beauty and luxury. Everything is just as you said. Alessandro and Danielle are most welcoming and hospitable. Dinner last night was in a charming restaurant and the food and service were superb. We love our apartment and the spectacular view. Hi Gina, My husband and I got back from Italy last night. We had a wonderful time!!! Thank you so much for planning our trip. The hotels were great – simple and clean and perfect locations! We had no problems at all. The train rides were also great. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed everything about our trip! I will certainly recommend you to any of my family or friends. We had a wonderful trip.!! Venice, the beach at Paestum, Montepulciano, and Guiseppe’s cooking class were the highlights. Guiseppe was great with the children – especially (13 year old) Mark who asked the night after our class, “What are we cooking tomorrow?” We had such a nice visit with him. Hi Gina! … It was great!!! We had so much fun. You did an absolutely spectacular job — there were no glitches or problems at all! The wedding was great and the hot air balloon ride was awesome. I’d definitely recommend those guys again. And the Florence hotel was absolutley amazing! We had our own terrace! And when we checked in to Vienna, they told us they had given us a free upgrade to a nicer room because they were told we were on our honeymoon! So thank you for that!! Thanks again. Hi Gina- I don’t remember how we found each other, but I am really glad we did. We returned from Il Borgo last night, and I just wanted to thank you for all your help in the planning. We loved Il Borgo – everything about it was wonderful. Alessandro was more than gracious and helpful, Daniele was delightful even though we could not really communicate too well, the apartment was lovely, the view spectacular, and the program really worked well. We feel we saw everything, and the program and people were flexible enough to meet our needs. We got to see numerous towns and villages, and also managed to squeeze in all three outlet centers in and around Florence. So we saw it all – the old and the new. dear gina ,just a quick note to let you know that our 17 day holiday was outrageous. the itinerary of venice-santa margharita-florence-lucca-sienna-montechiello[aurora/isabeela poedore] was just right. a perfect combination of museums, galleries,parks,historic sites,thermal spas, beautiful countryside scenery ending in aurora for an incredible relaxation/yoga happy ending to a trip of a lifetime. the Italian people were friendly,helpful and full of life. the Italian culture and appreciation of beauty were so enjoyable.the food was incredible and so good. i particularly liked the home style Italian cooking by ana at aurora;sumptuous, tasty, healthy vegetarian dishes. all of the above was facillated by your expert suggestions, guidance and leg work. you did what you said you would do and then some. i will recommend your services to anyone i know planning a trip to italy. best wishes , eliseo (Sep 2008)

Hi Gina, Just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time. Il Borgo was a wonderful place and Alessandro made all of us feel so welcome. The guides were knowledgeable and entertaining and the meals were delicious and varied. The other folks on the tour with us – enriched the experience even more. I am determined to let everyone I know what a wonderful experience they will have if they choose Lessons of Tuscany as a way to experience Italy. P.S. Gina, Wow! I can not believe it has already been two weeks since our return to Fl. We had a magical time @ Podere Isabella thank you for turning us onto this colorful and peaceful place. The energy there is so wonderful you can feel the love that went into creating this space. We hope to return again some day with a group. We went to Chianciano to terme spa it was a real treat spent one afternoon in Pienza and toured the Palazzo Piccolomini and had a picnic lunch. The wine from the region is delicious. This was a perfect ending to our Italian honeymoon. We had no trouble with the trains or rental car either. thank`s again for your assistance. Hope to work with you again. Hi Gina! We had such an awesome time and Venice was INCREDIBLE! Our jaw dropped open and our eyeballs popped from the moment we got off the train in Venice until the moment we got on the plane. I give you an A+ and five stars for the attention to detail, customer service, selection of great places to sleep & eat, transportation services – everything – was top notch. Isabella was wonderful and made our Venice trip EASY because that would have been the toughest part of the trip (figuring out where to go and how to get there once we got to Venice). Thanks! The view of the rolling hills from the apartment was breathtaking. Everything was so lush and green; vineyards and olive trees were everywhere. Dinner at Castello di Santa Maria Novella was amazing. The setting historic and lovely, the people funny and friendly, the food beyond delicious. Il Borgo and Lessons of Tuscany exceeded my expectations beyond words. Days filled with great experiences, wine tasting, touring castle gardens, visiting towns like Florence, San Gusme, San Gimignano, wine tasting, not to forget Siena and the thrill of Palio and did I say wine tasting? Returning to Borgio Argenina, our B & B was a very relaxing experience after many fun filled hours.
